In recent years, I have become attuned to the glorious state that man has been created into—the very image of God! In fact, the creative ideas and raw talents—some even showing up in young children—are all a reflection of our Creator. My growing awareness and marvel is largely attributed to the Internet. I must say, I love what the Internet has done to bring the world into community.
I am so smitten by the power, glory, and creativity of God to fashion each and every human uniquely and creatively. I call it PASSION. It is so inspiring that I wanted to share with you some of my favorites. I believe the gifts and passion of these people are a little glimpse of the future full glory that is to be revealed in us. I can hardly wait!!
Akiane Kramarik
Akiane began painting ethereal paintings as a five year old. She says that she has visions and dreams of heaven that have become her inspiration. Since an early age, her paintings have been selling for hundreds of thousands of dollars, and she has no formal training. Of her incredible gift, she said in an interview, “I didn’t know I was different. I thought everyone was born this way.” Akiane inspires me especially because she gives God full credit for her talent.

Ethan Bortnick
Ethan is the cutest little kid. At 5, he began composing music, and has been featured on many talk shows to perform his amazing piano selections. I think Ethan must run a close second to Mozart, who also began composing as a child.

Stephen Wiltshire
Stephen Wiltshire is autistic. When he was 14, his school teachers noticed he had an astounding gift of picture memory recall on his artwork. As Stephen became an adult, it was discovered that he could view cities from the air via a short helicopter ride, and draw them panorama style—almost perfectly to scale—in a couple of days. To date, Stephen’s drawings include Rome, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Madrid, and most recently, New York City.
Willard Wigan
This guy has seriously got to be strung out all the time. He constructs intricate sculptures out of things such as grains of rice or sand. And sometimes he uses things like “dust particles” to finish off his sculptures. He did this with an elephant made out of a grain of sand–he used a piece of dust in the air for the elephan’s tail. And his paintbrush? Willard says he yanked a hair out of the back of a fly and that is his paintbrush! It is said that all of his sculptures can fit inside the eye of a needle. Wow…I need a nap!
Julian Beaver
Julian Beaver’s 3D sidewalk art is utterly unbelievable. This guy is chalk on steriods! The only truly sad news is that rain and snow happen. How I would love to take a ride on one of his illusory masterpieces.

Stan Munro
Last but not least, I came across Stan Munro last week. They guy has a thing for toothpicks! Talk about tedious, but he has plans to add 20 more buildings to his growing collection of the world’s most famous temples, mosques, and the like. He also has an amazing replica of the Brooklyn Bridge!
